wichita family photographer: the nethertons

This trio is days away from becoming four so I had to sneak in sharing some of my favorites from their foresty session.

Whitney radiates when she’s pregnant, and I think these shots are just so captivating of Ryleigh’s personality right now.

Can’t wait to meet the newest SOON!

I don’t know how, but I got crazy behind in blogging over the past six weeks or so.  Expect a big desktop dump on this space over the next couple of days.

The best part of that?  Reliving these sweet, sweet moments of families growing.  Families  stretching, and learning, and loving.  So happy.  So blissful.

So glad I get to share in it.

wichita family photographer: the carlsons

Sometimes everything clicks for a shoot.  The scheduling, the location, the smiles.

And sometimes, I really, really earn it.

And this is one of those times, when the scheduling was difficult (because Anjalee works craaaaazy hard and even craaaaazier hours), the temperature cooler than we expected, the fought nap accidentally taken in the car on the drive to our location.  I earned every scrunchy nosed smile, snuggle, and laugh.

Sometimes the earned ones are the best ones.

And always so worth it.

wichita baby photographer: sita is one!

Sharing the many faces of Sita from her formal portraits last week…sweet, spunky, and the apple of her mom and dad’s eyes.

Just darling.

ABOUT US

"It's a feeling."

One of the best ways I've heard my work described.

It's like a dream you can't quite get back to, but you know was so so good because when you woke up you had a smile on your face, and you keep trying desparately to remember all of the vivid details you can be present in that in-between state for just a little more  - the warmth of being together, the sounds, the laughter...the feelings.

Here's more on what our work together could be.
