wichita baby photographer: nolan is one!

I’m not sure there’s a better way to spend time away from my own family than with wonderful families like the Winters, especially when I get to help them celebrate their youngest turning one.

I know the year has flown by and while that first birthday is sometimes bittersweet for mamas and dads as their baby turns the corner to toddlerhood, but with a good-natured little love like Nolan, there are lots of beautiful, amazing memories ahead.

Happy O-N-E sweet Nolan!

Crew and those big baby blues.

Greyson saying I love you unprompted to Lindsey in the car.

What a session to cap my 2013 fall portraits.

Much love, W fam.

wichita family photographer: the gregory’s

Oh this family of stair-step boys.

The combination of warm fall weather, precious snow boots in small, medium and large, impeccable manners, genuine smiles and the most casual, genuine approach could not have been more perfect for one of my November Sunday afternoons.

Pinch me so I know this job is real.

wichita engagement photographer: christine + aaron

So happy for our friend Aaron to have met Christine, fallen in love and asked her to marry him.

And what a privilege to be able to capture this special time in their life together.  It’s the best.

ABOUT US

"It's a feeling."

One of the best ways I've heard my work described.

It's like a dream you can't quite get back to, but you know was so so good because when you woke up you had a smile on your face, and you keep trying desparately to remember all of the vivid details you can be present in that in-between state for just a little more  - the warmth of being together, the sounds, the laughter...the feelings.

Here's more on what our work together could be.
