What a treat to spend a beautiful Friday afternoon with the Myers family!
Loved the energy of their littles and laid-back attitude from everyone. Easy peasy.
Just a quick preview so I don’t spoil all the fun for Stacie!

Yes, this family is for real. They are that beautiful.
And kind and warm and welcoming.
And I couldn’t love the relationship Bethany and I have developed over photographing each others families more.
As a fellow photog-mom, I could not feel more humbled to give her these images of she and Cash together.
What a blessing. What an honor.
There’s something special about getting to photograph a family at their home.
It’s comfortable.
And real.
And simple.
And you get an intimacy you can’t capture anywhere else.
I love that.

Thank you Overman family for welcoming me into your beautiful home and sharing a bit of your Sunday afternoon with me.
I’m dying to share these…and if that series of Morgan and Torsten doesn’t get me every time…
I would not have thought that an energetic two-year-old boy would be more into pictures than his new baby sis, but Carson definitely proved me wrong!
I was so excited to see how much he has grown and of course see how sweet new baby Kersten is.
Love that dad and mama used a family name for their new addition and love that I’ll get to see her again during her first year!
Surely she’ll be more excited for pictures then?
I hope when the moms and dads of these sweet cousins see these pictures, they hear their kids laughing.
I hope they smile as much as I did working on them.
I hope they don’t wait another twelve years to have family photos done!
And I hope they enjoy them for years to come.
