wichita newborn photographer: baby elijah with his two big brothers

The last time I saw Megan we were both at the pediatrician’s office…#momlife. She pulls off this mom of three boys gig so well, and I loved going back through the images we made when Elijah was brand new and easily settling into the hustle and bustle of this busy house. What a privilege it is to capture this fleeting time for my lovely clients!

wichita family photographer: nicole + kevin + children

Nicole and Kevin have the SWEETEST duo of children; Ethan was so relaxed and gentle with his darling baby sis!

We had the most beautiful fall evening to explore and find little pockets of beauty together.

wichita family photographer: wild and free on the kansas prairie

Since spring is THISCLOSE to finally popping in Wichita what better time to blog some of my favorite fall sessions that I ran out of steam to post as I wrapped up my 2017 fall busy season and was newly pregnant with baby #4. Totally makes sense.

So here we go!

This darling family of four that I totally relate to because our children seem to be cut from very similar cloths, and I kind of love it.

wichita newborn photographer: baby baylor

Serene, peaceful slumber from baby Baylor. This shoot was really such a joy to be a part of. Her parents were relaxed and welcoming, and we easily chatted throughout our time together, oohing and ahhing over their little one. Easy to do when she is as sweet as this.

I think she is the best way to start new posts on the blog for 2018!

wichita family photographer: a family of five in the kansas wind, together

By far my windiest session of the year, and it did nothing but favors for us. More movement, yes please. Love when I get adventurous clients that are ready to love up on each other despite what the seasons throw at us. The perfect analogy for families that weather whatever life blows in for them. Stick together and good things unfold.

ABOUT US

"It's a feeling."

One of the best ways I've heard my work described.

It's like a dream you can't quite get back to, but you know was so so good because when you woke up you had a smile on your face, and you keep trying desparately to remember all of the vivid details you can be present in that in-between state for just a little more  - the warmth of being together, the sounds, the laughter...the feelings.

Here's more on what our work together could be.
