I can’t believe a year has gone by since Owen came into the world and gave us all non- or soon-to-be parents anxiety about ever measuring up to having such a good baby! Hopefully Nate and Laura will share their tricks. They’ve handled every stage of his first year so well, and I can’t imagine his toddler years being any different.
Owen seemed like such a big boy during his one year shoot – wanting to be independent, exploring and walking so well on his own. I’m sad our baby’s first year sessions are complete with Owen, but can’t wait to see what the next year has in store for him!

I don’t know what Andy and McKenzie do with Greyson at home to get him psyched up for photo shoots, but he is always FULL of the funniest expressions for me. Such a cute little man.

Matt and Christin were such troopers during their maternity session. First thing on a Sunday morning, kind of chilly, kind of windy and by the end, we were in a full blown rain. Such a bummer, but we pushed through and got some great shots for them to remember the pregnancy of their firstborn, Baby E. I can’t wait to meet her! And as Christin is due just a couple of weeks after we are, it won’t be long now.
Such a pleasure to catch up with good friends and photograph this beautiful momma.
